1. High performance aluminum (ADC12) die-casting lamp heatsink with good thermal conductivity.
2. Aluminum heatsink processed by Akzo Nobel powder coating or DuPont powder coating with high temperature bakingafter 1. polishing, cleaning, oil removal, repairing, sandblasting ,with clear and gloss surface and strong corrosion resistance.
3. The chip bottom of heat conducting surface processed by CNC machine to be smooth after powder coated, make theSMD/COB plate and heatsink surface to be coincided with better heat conducting and heat dissipating.
4. Built -in aluminum reflector by anodized, light is more soft and well-distributed.
5. Use 5mm glass with 700ºC high temperature toughening treatment with high impact resistance.
6. 100% of exposed screws on the outside of lamp are used 304# stainless steel .pass 48 hours salt-spray test.
